Position Overviews

As part of the Team Representatives, you will represent charities, businesses, and hospitals in various community settings. This position is ideal for individuals with a Sales or Customer Service Representative (CSR) background who value professionalism, teamwork, and meaningful work. This is an in-person role that requires strong communication skills, a polished presentation, and a passion for community involvement.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Hours: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM, Monday to Friday

  • Type: Part-time (3 days)/Full-time (4 or 5 days)

  • Setting: On-site (not remote)

  • Must be able to commute to our Surrey office on the days you are scheduled to work

  • Vehicle not required — travel to community sites is coordinated and covered by the team

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally engage with members of the public to present charitable and community-based campaigns and inspire support

  • Represent clients and their partners with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Build rapport and meaningful conversations with potential donors and community members

  • Participate in team briefings and training sessions to enhance campaign knowledge

  • Maintain ethical and accurate donor interactions in compliance with industry standards

  • This position involves in-person community engagement in public venues, events, and pre-approved outreach and residential areas

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Sales, Fundraising, Marketing, or Customer Service (CSR) is an asset (training provided)

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability are essential

  • Comfortable with face-to-face interaction in public or event settings

  • Must currently reside in Surrey or nearby areas

  • Must be available for in-person work (this role is not remote)

  • Vehicle not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay plus performance incentives and commissions

  • Typical representatives earn between $750–$1,200 weekly after training

  • All compensation details will be discussed during the interview
